Sales consultants play a vital role in educating potential customers on how our water purification systems can enhance their homes by improving drinking water quality, benefiting hair, skin, nails, and preventing soap residue. They manage sales negotiations, finalize deals, and offer ongoing support to ensure customer satisfaction throughout the installation process.
Ideal candidates should possess prior sales experience, preferably in in-home sales, and demonstrate proficiency in negotiating and selling high-value contracts. A passion for water purification, strong self-motivation to exceed sales goals, and a commitment to advancing sales skills and fostering career growth within our team are highly valued.

Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of previous sales experience required (preferably in home sales)
- High school diploma or equivalent required (18 )
- Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation required
- Must be able to work full time
- General knowledge of water filtration systems a plus
- Display strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Proactive and ability to work with limited structure
- Required to maintain motivation and achieve personal sales targets
- Must be comfortable working with people in their homes
- Must maintain professionalism at all times
Position Details:
- Conduct in-person water testing and sales presentations for homeowners
- Make recommendations based on customers' needs and budgets
- Inform prospective customers about the products and their options
- Follow customers through the installation process for customer satisfaction
- Use general software to input customer data
- Attend weekly training meetings and team functions
- Conduct negotiations and complete sales transactions
- Effectively communicate with customers
