Shipping Clerk Pick parts and products from appropriate inventory locations in specified quantities as necessary to fill orders. Prepare finished goods, spare parts, return parts, and other items for shipments following established procedures for packaging, crating, boxing, bundling, wrapping, strapping, and labeling.

- Verify orders are accurately filled and processed in a timely manner.
- Complete inventory transactions to issue items to sales orders.
- Process parcel shipments via UPS and Fed-Ex Prepare Shipment Labels, Bills of Ladings, Commercial invoices, Shipper's Letter of Instructions, and certificates of Origins as needed for shipments.
- Schedule freight pick-ups as required.
- Ensure shipments are properly loaded into delivery and transport vehicles.
- Request freight quotes as necessary from established freight vendors.
- Route freight to provide the most economical transport of goods to meet customer requirements.
- Cycle count inventory according to established guidelines and assist with developing actions to correct inventory problems.
- Operate lift trucks, pallet jacks, and other equipment to move parts to proper locations, and load and unload freight trucks as necessary.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent Experienced with Microsoft Office, UPS WorldShip, Fed Ex Ship Manager other shipping software required.
- 1-year experience in order pulling.
- Experienced certified forklift operator.
- Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Produce two forms of valid identification/documentation.
- Be authorized to work in the United States.
