Title: Contracts Coordinator 1
Location: Newark, DE - WORK ONSITE
Duration: 6 months contract with potential extension or FTE
Target Start Date (based on successful onboarding completion): 04/08/2024
Shift: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM - Monday - Friday - NO OT
Walk me through the day-to-day responsibilities of this the role and a description of the project:
- Auditing of provider information systems
- Maintain spreadsheets and collect, track, prepare, compile, and distribute statistical data for daily reports
- Making telephonic outreach to provider offices confirming data is correct
- Describe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:
- 50 outreaches/day
- Tell me about what their first day looks like:
- Training on how to read the systems

Required Skills/Experience/Education:
- 2 years of Provider Data Management/Quality Review Analyst Experience
- Medical Insurance Experience, Telephonic outreach experience
- Strong Proficiency in Excel & MS Office, and Multitasking skills navigating multiple systems/monitors.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
Job Type: Contract
Salary: $34.00 per hour
