The RPP Sold Team, #1 RE/MAX Team in NYS is seeking an Internal Sales Associate (ISA) / Client Care Specialist who is driven and motivated to gain industry knowledge and fast track to a highly successful and rewarding career..
The successful candidate is a team player, enjoys working with people, and is comfortable placing, receiving, and documenting communication (phone/text/e-mail) to and from clients and potential clients. The ISA works closely with Agents, providing information, scheduling appointments, and assisting in providing a 5-star experience for clients. We are seeking dependable, articulate, and professional individuals, with positive energy and with a thirst for industry knowledge and growth.

Compensation is based on hourly wage and a generous bonus structure

- Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM
- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
- Primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline
- Appointment setting and follow up

- Be coachable, and a team player while understanding professional growth comes from within
- EXCELLENT COMMUNICATIONS SKILLS
- This is a sales position and prior phone sales experience is recommended
- Flexibility with schedule, this is a 7 days a week industry and we need full and part-time people for multiple shifts
- Must be able to adjust to frequent changes in the market and outside the world
- Dependability is a must. You must be available to work your shifts and have dependable transportation. We work a variety of shifts and we are looking for staff to fill all time slots
- Must be computer savvy and be proficient in Microsoft office
- A real estate license or knowledge of Real Estate is preferred, but not necessary
- Sales call center experience is preferred but we are open to other sales-based experiences
- Have a team-oriented mindset where culture is most important while still focusing on goals
