What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst position at RQA, Inc?
RQA, Inc. provides world class services to the food, beverage, and consumer product industries. We partner with our clients to audit products at the retail level, source and evaluate competitive products and coordinate product recalls.
This role is responsible for managing the collation, integrity, and visualization of data collected for, and reported on projects. To achieve this the Data Analyst will
- Work with Project Managers to assess project reporting requirements
- Verify all necessary source data is collected by the defined operational project procedures
- Define and design all dashboards, spreadsheets, or other report vehicles or visualizations required for operational management and client reporting
- Work with IT to determine requirements for and deliverables of any custom queries, Qlikview models, Excel macros, or other utilities to streamline data management.
Bachelor degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, or related fields (or equivalent work experience), 1-3 years experience in data analytics, project reporting, or related industry.
Experience with traditional statistical methods.
Must be familiar with and comfortable in using databases, Excel spreadsheets, Qlikview, and general data processing methods. We offer a casual work environment with a team atmosphere and generous benefits.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
