What You'll Do
- Work closely with Media Planners to create detailed campaign plans, including budget allocation, targeting strategies, ad formats, and messaging.
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic advertising platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve key performance indicators like click-through rates, conversation rates and return on ad spend.
- Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations.

Who You Are
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital media or similar role within a marketing agency or related industry.
- In-depth knowledge of digital advertising platforms.
- Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts, including audience targeting, segmentation and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO principles, social media marketing, content marketing and email marketing.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint) are highly desirable.
