RRR Tire Service is looking for an energetic and experienced Outside Sales Representative to join our company to build and develop its sales force. The job for an Outside Sales Representative is usually very fast-paced and, as a result, it is very difficult to keep up with. However, this position has a number of opportunities for people who are able to multitask. In this position, the outside sales representative will work with the sales team to learn all aspects of the company from product development to customer service issues. The outside sales representative will work closely with the sales team and the management of the company. This is a 1099 contractor position where we receive 100% of taxes paid by the company.
The Outside Sales Representative will work closely with our sales team and our customer base. The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for all aspects of product development, customer service issues, and will work closely with our sales team and our customers. Duties
- Work with the outside sales team to develop all aspects of product development, customer service issues, and will work closely with our sales team and customers.
- Work closely with management to ensure that products are developed as per specifications as well as by market requirements.
- Work closely with our customers to ensure that orders are placed at an appropriate time in a timely manner.
- Communicate directly with customers about products which are of interest to them as well as those which are required or optional according to their needs or specific needs of the company.
- Ensure that all customers are satisfied with services provided or products sold by them.
- Ensure that all customers receive prompt and accurate responses to customer service requests/inquiries etc., in a timely manner.
- Prepare/present orders/packages as required by management or other employees to customers when required or when requested by customers by phone or e-mail.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Outside Sales or similar field (preferred).
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in product development or related field (preferred).
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
- Self-motivated individual who can multitask and prioritize tasks throughout the day.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
