Our firm is seeking an ambitious Sales and Marketing Manager to lead our team of marketing professionals. The successful candidate will be part of a fast-paced, growing organization and will work closely with our executive staff to create and implement comprehensive strategies for acquisition, retention, and client satisfaction. We're seeking an individual who is educated in marketing practices and possesses exceptional communication skills. He or she should be a self-starter who can work both independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with vendors.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Analyze sales data to make forecasts and adjust budgets.
- Hire, train, and manage sales staff.
- Create, follow, and evaluate marketing strategies.
- Meet with clients.
- Research, develop, test new marketing methods.
