The RSDS Junior Recruiter is responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top-notch talent, which will contribute significantly to the growth and success of our organization. This position plays a crucial role in our mission to diversify the appraisal industry and expand our team of dedicated professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and recruit potential candidates using a variety of channels, including social media platforms, job posting boards, texting campaigns, recruitment fairs, and referral programs.
· Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet departmental hiring goals.
· Conduct initial screening of candidates, evaluate resumes, and facilitate interviews and pre-employment tests as required.
· Foster and maintain relationships with potential candidates to ensure a pool of qualified applicants.
· Utilize and leverage word of mouth marketing to reach out to potential candidates who may not be actively seeking a new role but could be a great fit for our organization.
· Work closely with hiring managers to understand the specific needs and requirements of each role and ensure candidates are a good fit.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, including candidate profiles, interviews, and hiring status.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business or related field preferred.
· Professional communication to all parties involved.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
· Proficiency in using social media and job boards for recruitment.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production and recruitment goals.
· Physical demands associated with this position include this position being able to stand long periods of time during recruitment events. This position also entails work in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
· Candidate must be capable of driving a vehicle to recruitment events and have reliable transportation.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
