What are the responsibilities and job description for the MCI Infra Cloud & DC Manager position at RSM US LLP?
- Participate in prospective pursuits and secure projects
- Lead requirements gathering sessions with clients
- Create design documentation
- Implement solutions and provide support for Microsoft Azure and AWS environments
- Mentor Junior Level Staff, work well with team members, clients, and other vendors
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, MIS or other related business fields
- Three (plus) years of Microsoft Azure and / or AWS experience
- Superior organizational, writing, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated work ethic and ability to work effectively with people at various levels
- Ability to apply system design and development methodologies
- Experience working within and leading a project team
- Strong ability to troubleshoot client issues and solve complex technical problems
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Experience with both Microsoft Azure and AWS is a plus
- Experience with Cloud DevOps and Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) tools is a plus
- Working knowledge of common third party toolsets
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, develop strong working relationships with clients, and juggle competing priorities to meet deadlines
