What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Demand Lead position at RSM?
- Design and execute multi-channel demand generation campaigns that drive conversions/lead acquisition (MQl, SQL) in key business area
- Codevelop marketing messaging and user experiences aligned to specific audiences and buyer journeys, in collaboration with marketing, editorial and digital team members
- Measure, analyze and report on campaign effectiveness, making and implementing optimizations and testing as appropriate
- Provide guidance and support to demand generation peers across digital marketing and audience engagement team
- Actively monitor paid and organic traffic and conversions – working with internal and agency partners to test and/or implement optimizations
- Understand how various RSM platforms and technologies support the buyer journey, including technical constraints and the overall RSM demand generation roadmap
- Monitor progress against stated goals (top line pipeline and individual tactics) to suggest course corrections and opportunities
- Understand marketing and business objectives for aligned programs
- Uphold RSM brand standards and marketing best practices
- Monitor performance; adjust to achieve success metrics
- Provide critical thinking around campaign strategy and tactical execution
- Proactively manage responsibilities across multiple projects and deadlines
- Understand the full customer life cycle – providing insight to and seeking feedback from marketing and sales peers on either side to strengthen overall program effectiveness
- Hands on experience with Google platform tools, paid social programming and marketing analytics (Adobe Analytics experience a plus)
- High sense of personal ownership in a matrix setting
- Demonstrated critical thinking; enjoys designing and testing new approaches to achieve business goals
- Experience with Microsoft CRM preferred
- Basic understanding of Marketo and Adobe Experience Manager a plus
- Strong team player with the confidence to ask questions and offer suggestions
- Enjoys mentoring peers in areas of expertise
- Strong interpersonal skills, able to collaborate effectively with all levels of employees
- Experience collaborating with outside agencies preferred
- Ability to engage in technical and business discussions with marketing peers and practice stakeholders
- 5 years of direct digital campaign management experience
- Demonstrated success with B2B digital demand generation; experience with professional services, technology/management consulting services a plus
- Experience working in a large enterprise with multiple products, services, stakeholders and decisions makers
- Strong attention to detail and curiosity to explore new ideas
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably with a concentration in marketing, digital marketing or marketing analytics
