What are the responsibilities and job description for the Site Administrator position at RSM?
The primary function of the Site Administrator is to assist the Learning Coordinator in administering the on-site logistics at live internal training and/or firm conferences and meetings. As a representative on the ground for live training programs, this role functions as the primary LPD contact for attendees, facilitators and venue staff.
Essential Duties:
- Administers on-site logistics at live internal training and/or firm conferences and meetings.
- Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: administering participant attendance for CPE compliance, functioning as a resource for guest speakers and/or course facilitators, ensuring Audio Visual equipment is in order and working properly, distributing course materials, assisting with evening and other special events, providing customer service support, and other duties as assigned/requested.
- Participates in preparation and debrief meetings to assist the Learning Coordinator and/or Meetings Coordinator in improving process as it relates to live training programs.
- Coordinates logistics for transferring supplies to and from training sites.
- Assists Learning Coordinators and/or Meetings Coordinator in maintaining a detailed inventory of supplies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Ability to prepare presentations including charts, graphics and tables, speaker notes & handouts, etc.
- Ability to communicate both verbally and written with diverse audiences.
