Project Monitoring and Status Reporting: Tracking project progress, identifying issues and risks, and providing regular report outs to stakeholders to ensure projects stay on track.

Employment Type: Contract/Remote
Pay rate: $70-$82/hr, DOE
Responsibilities:
- Provide Stakeholder Management Support: Provide follow-up support to Finance Transformation points of contact with numerous stakeholders. Assist the coordination and prioritization regarding follow up from all the stakeholder meeting to do’s (e.g., ensure all project plans and timelines reflect current state).
- Decks & Presentations: Lead creation, update, maintenance, and distribution of key presentations for program-wide initiatives and project-specific deliverables across all DPEP FT teams; drive standardization of key messages, content, visuals, etc.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks to projects and develop strategies to mitigate or eliminate them to minimize disruptions.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring that testing documentation meets quality standards. Confirm project benchmarks are being delivered, measure and track overall transformation goal progress/KPIs
