RTI International's Global Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner to support the Social, Statistical, and Environmental Sciences (SSES) business unit. SSES performs a wide range of research and technical services focused on important public policy issues in health, environment, education, criminal justice, and social welfare. Over 3,000 staff support more than 1,000 projects each year. The Senior Global Talent Acquisition Sourcing Partner plays a crucial role in organizational growth by identifying and attracting top-tier talent to join the RTI team. You will be responsible for proactively sourcing candidates using various channels and strategies to build a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for talent, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for connecting with candidates.


Responsibilities

- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, online databases, networking, referrals) to identify and engage with passive candidates.


- Pipeline Building: Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles within the organization to ensure a continuous flow of talent.


- Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements. Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for the role.


- Candidate Engagement: Establish and maintain meaningful relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive candidate experience.


- Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand hiring needs, requirements, and preferences to effectively source candidates.


- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor activities to inform sourcing strategies and identify new talent pools.


- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) to track sourcing activities and candidate progress.


Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience, Master's degree and 3 years of experience or PhD and 0 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Strong knowledge of talent sourcing strategies and best practices.


- Experience with candidate relationship management (CRM) tools.


- Demonstrated expertise in candidate assessment and resume screening.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to network and build rapport with candidates.


- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.


- Commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and equal opportunities.


- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other relevant sourcing tools and techniques.


- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.


- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.


- Strong organizational and time management skills.


- Proactive and self-motivated work style.


- Ability to obtain proper security clearances as noted by contracts.


- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
