Job Summary:
The RMD Supply Chain Logistics team is looking for a Warehouse Liaison to support the Performance Based Logistics (PBL) team in Louisville, KY. The PBL Program is a Mission Support Department within the Whole Life Systems Engineering (WLSE) Directorate.
The WLSE Directorate is responsible for ensuring our products are Safe, Reliable, Maintainable, under configuration control and delivered on time. WLSE consists of multiple disciplines that support engineering, our program offices and our customers. Our WLSE disciplines participate in the total life cycle of our products from conception to deactivation. We are focused in two main areas, product support and technical data support. In the product support area, the disciplines are reliability, system safety and supportability. On the technical data side, the main disciplines are configuration management, software configuration management, and data management.
The Warehouse Liaison will be responsible for effective inspection and disposition of incoming materials. In addition, will be responsible for SN (Serial Number) verification for material movement. The liaison will be located at an offsite warehouse location. In this role, you will work directly with the Inventory Control Specialist, Third party Logistics (3PL) members and the PBL team. You will ensure inventory accuracy of all Raytheon and Government owned materials stored within the warehouse by means of inspection, receipts, subsequent actions for misdirected shipments and faulty materials as well as shipment support. You will be accountable to processes, compliance, mission assurance and business system data integrity. The role will also require cross functional support to the Inventory Control Specialist. Support will include but not be limited to cycle counting oversight and audit accountability.
The ideal candidate will possess and demonstrate the skills and experience necessary to perform inventory control and accountability. The position also requires interfacing with the customer(s), Contracts, Supply Chain, Item Managers (IMs) IMWM, (Inventory Managed Warehouse Managed i.e. Shipping/Receiving/Inventory), Production Control and Engineering.

Responsibilities to Anticipate:
- Achieving high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in receiving, identifying, and distribution of materials
- Develop and implement procedures for ensuring that adequate inventory levels are present and accurate
- Leads a team of people to perform a physical inventory cycle count annually
- Develop corrective actions to mitigate future discrepancies
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies during receiving process
- Follow contractual requirements in support of receipt and shipment requirements
- Support inventory cycle count annually
Qualifications You Must Have:

Bachelor’s Degree, Majors may include but are not limited to the following: Business Administration or Management, Supply Chain management, Logistics, or equivalent work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or additional 2 years of Warehouse experience may be substituted for each 1 year of college
- A minimum of 2 years Warehouse/Inventory control experience
- Obtain or retain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Working knowledge of Louisville SAP (PRISM)
- Experience with Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Logistics execution utilizing business tools.
- Demonstrate experience in managing government furnished material
- Knowledge of other Production and Planning Software (EAGLE/MMIS)
- Knowledge of Government reporting systems (CAV, eRMS, PEDREP)
- Ability to work alternate work schedule – some overtime may be required
- Capability to read, interpret, and understand complex contractual documents
- Ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exhibit the ability to work well with others and maintain organization between cross-functional departments.
- Strong People Management Skills- Delegation, coaching, motivating, and conflict management.
