Job Summary
Candidate must have knowledge of state and federal court procedures, as well as all aspects of litigation relating to case preparation, management, and execution.
Responsibilities and Duties
• Maintain attorney’s calendar with all upcoming events and pending tasks.
• Coordinate all depositions, mediation conferences with court reporter, mediator’s office, client, and opposing counsel.
• Proficient knowledge of all State and Federal court procedures, e-filing and deadlines.
• Prepare pleadings, notices, motions, propound discovery requests, meet with clients to assist with drafting initial
client responses to discovery for attorney review.
• Manage high volume of litigation cases from the filing of complaint through Final Judgement or Trial.
• Perform general administrative duties including but not limited to filing, payment of invoices, copying, data
entry, etc.
• Act as a primary contact to clients, provide status of case(s).
• Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
• Analytical, effective trouble-shooter with finite attention to detail.
• Multi-task oriented and effective working independently or as part of a team.
Qualifications and Skills

Applicant should be self-directed, well organized, with Personal Injury knowledge. Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) required. 2+ of Personal Injury experience - preferred.
