Title: Account Manager / Planner / Buyer

Roles & Responsibilities

Contract Administration - For Assigned Customer Accounts

• Primary focal for all customer interaction - including all communication and portal activity - forecasted demand, purchase orders, approved supplier verification, specification revisions and performance scorecard.
• Purchase order contract review and entry of relevant data into the ERP system and archival onto internal network location.

Production Control - For Assigned Customer Accounts

• Responsible for material planning, work order creation, and perpetual alignment of supply and demand within the ERP system
• Responsible for customer status updates via open order reporting via in-depth knowledge of production schedule, projected completion dates and any issues or misalignments
• Identification and resolution of MRP discrepancies. Troubleshoot issues as they arise and take necessary action to resolve
• Relay relevant information to upper management regarding any issues or impacts to customer demands

Purchasing - For Assigned Customer Accounts

• Creation of purchase orders for assigned customer products including raw materials and outside manufacturing services
• Management and reporting of any major cost variances
• Retrieval of purchase order status and estimated completion dates from suppliers and systematic update of ERP system to maintain accurate schedule

General Skills

• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to develop strong customer rapport, trust and working relationship
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• ·Good computer skills - Microsoft Office, ERP/MRP systems
• Strong work ethic

Requirements

• 5 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Experience:

• Mfg Production Planning: 3 years (Preferred)

Salary : $55,000 - $65,000
