- Support the month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
- Conduct account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies or issues that arise.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities, providing input and analysis as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data and support decision-making processes.
- Perform general ledger entries and journal entries, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in internal and external audits, providing documentation and explanations as necessary.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness of accounting operations.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and industry best practices to ensure compliance and inform process enhancements.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in accounting or finance roles.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficient in MS Excel and accounting software. NetSuite experience is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.
