Position Summary: The 7 on/7 off Program Manager is responsible for managing two houses. A house has a coordinator and between two to four persons served. This position is a key participant in regular manager meetings charting the course and progress of the organization. The schedule will be a 7 on/7 off Wednesday to Wednesday, eight hour shift with 24-hour on-call for emergencies during the scheduled rotation.
Key Responsibilities:

- Directly supervises the program coordinator and direct support professionals
- Creating and implementing person-centered plans and positive support transition plans for individuals receiving services within 245D licensing standards
- Preparing for and participating in annual licensing and re-licensing meetings
- Spends dedicated time at each site supervised, covering direct care shifts as needed
- Working knowledge of 245D.
- Ensures health and safety of individuals by creating and facilitating appropriate support services
- Maintains and audits individual’s served data
- Attend and prepare documentation for client quarterly, semi-annual, and annual meetings
- Audits documentations such as MARs, ISP data, T-logs, etc.
- Ensures direct care professionals are continually developed and executing the persons served’s goals are being met
- Interacts with individuals receiving services, guardians, case managers, and health care professionals, etc.
- Manages appointments for persons served.
- Preforms RCC trained manual restraints (EUMR) during behavioral incidents
- Collaborates with team to write new goals or modify existing ones
- Attends all manager meetings
- Approves paid time off and attendance for staff
- Oversees home budget and ensures site stays within budget
- Completes schedule needs and ensures site is within staffing ratio.
- Reduces overtime costs by closely managing schedules
