SUMMARY
We are hiring for a full-time Sales Operations Admin to assist our Sales team!
Schedule will be rotating with other team members.
Example schedule:
Monday/Wednesday – 12pm-8pm
Tuesday/Thursday – 8:30am-4:30pm
Friday/Saturday – (every other rotating) Fri 8:30am-4:30pm with Sat OFF / Fri OFF with Sat 8:30am-5:00pm.
Sunday - OFF
We have a top business development team, and are looking to add a Sales Operations Admin. There is an hourly base pay, and commission without a cap.
In our Business Development Center, you can expect to work in an upbeat, fun, and fast-paced environment. We respond to customer requests on new and pre-owned vehicles, with the goal of setting appointments for our talented Sales team. We team up with our sales team to help our customers find the right vehicle, and making sure they have an excellent experience!
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Handle inbound customer requests to set appointments for the sales team
• Direct customers to product information
• Deliver messages intended for sales personnel and other departments promptly
REQUIREMENTS:
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivation and drive to hit goals
• Proficiency with computers
