Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old to join the team.
- 2 years of retail management experience is necessary.
- The Store Manager role is a full-time position with a requirement of at least 40 hours per week and open availability.
- Plan to walk and stand for up to 8 hours while helping customers find the perfect outfits for every occasion.
- Carry and lift boxes up to 40lbs filled with our newest arrivals. You’ll climb and balance on ladders, kneel, squat, and reach above the shoulders to get new merchandise ready to debut in the store.
- Must complete a pre- employment Background check.

The Store Manager anticipated pay range is $21.74 - $32.00 per hour, with the potential to earn discretionary bonuses. This pay range is provided in compliance with state specific laws. Actual wages may vary within this range based on the market, store location, and the Applicant’s level of experience
