What are the responsibilities and job description for the Property Management position at Ruins Terlingua?

We are located in Terlingua Ghostown within walking distance to all the eateries etc. 7 minutes from the park entrance.
We are looking to hire for a 3-4 month stint doing primarily property management. You will get a taste of what it's like to run a mini rental/dispersed hotel property from the ground up.
The job includes cleaning rentals on-site, laundry, some gardening, light maintain, some customer service. We have 10 units on 5 acres.
Our location is remote, so you must have a personal vehicle
We do allow pets within reason. Housing is provided in a vintage Avion (airstream style) camper. The pay is $12 cash and you can do your laundry here and rent is on the house ($1200 value in this remote area)
in the summer it's hot - like desert hot. Fewer visitors come in summer but there will be days that have more work and some that have zero work.
We can guarantee 30 hours per week and days off are determined by if there is work to be done or not.

Working with us you will learn a lot about the entire business and it's a great stepping stone into multiple positions as you travel and work. We don't micromanage so you need to be a self-starter. There are no other employees on site in summer for the most part. It's all you and or you and second.
