Our client in Wayne County, MI is actively seeking a Civil Project Manager to join their growing team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for having the following skills and carrying out the following tasks:
- A degree in civil engineering or construction project management.
- At least 5 years of Project Management experience managing heavy civil construction projects. Experience in managing MDOT projects is a plus.
- Must have knowledge of installation/management of underground water main, storm, and sanitary sewer systems.
- Experienced with CAD.
- Must have experience with HCSS Heavy Bid and Heavy Job software systems.
- Must have great verbal communication skills and experience leading meetings.
- Experience in job cost financial monitoring, tracking, and reporting.
- Management of change order work & tracking and issuance of subcontracts.
- Experience with creating and managing project schedules.
