- Position Summary:
Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Ensure time and attendance records are accurate and timely for direct reports.
- Monitor and assess the Mobile Unit and Migrant Services team to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and processes outlined by Rural Health Services
- Perform responsibilities associated with billing for the Migrant program.
- Monitor, lead and assess the Migrant Services and Mobile Unit team to facilitate day-to-day operations of the program and to ensure the availability of appropriate services.
- Keeps the Director abreast of operations schedules, issues, concerns, and progress of Mobile and Migrant services.
- Ensure the Mobile unit and Migrant services team completes paperwork and reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Coordinates the collection, compilation, and analysis of relevant data of Mobile Unit and Migrant Services.
- Coordinates data entry of relevant information into Athena and Dentrix to create and maintain accurate patient electronic records.
- Responsible for scheduling of the mobile unit in order to provide services to identified schools.
- Ensure the distribution and collection of surveys to parents, school staff and community members.
- Coordinates the collection of enrollment forms for the school-based program (i.e. oral, medical and telehealth).
- Meet with Mobile Unit and Migrant Services team periodically or as needed.
- Coordinate with appropriate RHS staff to identify back-up for each member of the Mobile Unit team.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Prior managerial or supervisory experience
Microsoft Office proficient
Computer literacy and thorough knowledge in the use of MS Office software is also required.
High School Diploma.
Preferences:
Associates degree preferred
Bilingual - Spanish preferred
Salary : $30,600 - $38,800
