The Vocational Fleet Inside Sales Coordinator assists with delivery of vocational trucks. This role supports vocational customers, vendors, Rush Sales, and Operations department by assisting with sales transactions and soliciting product opportunities.

Responsibilities
- Update vocational fleet customer database with delivery dates, tracking, and equipment-specific data.
- Process invoices for vocational fleet customers for any vocational fleet transactions.
- Drives product sales by developing, identifying, and securing all relevant direct sales opportunities; also, actively solicits product opportunities, referring leads as appropriate.
- Support the sale of products, fielding questions, handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.
- Provide service for existing vocational fleet accounts and establishes new accounts.
- Monitor account receivables for vocational fleet customers; also, secures and monitors delivery receipts for vocational fleet customers.
- Input and assist with management of telematics data for vocational fleet customers.

Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales Administration.
- Familiarized with Outlook and Excel.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivated.
- Excellent customer/client orientation.
- Ability to take direction from superior and be a team player.
