Recruiter

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking a Recruiter to provide support to our client's Entertainment Team in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience in the tech industry.

Job Title: Recruiter

Pay: $38.00-$41.00/hour | Based On Experience

Duration: 6-Months | Potential to Extend

Schedule: Monday – Friday // 40hrs/week

Location: HYBRID - SAN DIEGO, CA

Responsibilities

• Recruits, interviews, and checks references for potential candidates.
• Makes job offers and conducts orientation for new employees.
• Performs exit interviews and processes changes in employee status.

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in recruiting or a related area.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Experience with any Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
• Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the recruiting field.
• Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform job functions.
• Works under immediate supervision and typically reports to a supervisor or manager.

Education

• High School Diploma Required; Bachelor's Degree preferred1-2 years of sourcing recruiting experience.
