Job Description
Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Pay: $25.00/hr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am to 5pm
Location: McDonough, GA (onsite)
Company Overview: Russell Tobin is a leading provider of workforce solutions and talent acquisition. We are currently seeking a skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our healthcare provider client's dynamic team. The position is a 2 to 3-month contract role that could be extended.
Responsibilities:
- Works with hiring managers and candidates to schedule interviews (coordinate dates/times, invite other members of the interview team, book conference rooms, follow up with interview schedule details, coordinate travel).
- As assigned, independently manage requisitions and/or partner with Recruiters on requisitions including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Delivers a best in class interview experience for both candidates and the hiring team.
- Utilizes the applicant tracking system (ATS) to initiate and document relevant recruiting and onboarding tasks/information.
- Coordinates the pre-employment background check and drug screen process.
- Ensures candidates accepting an offer transition to the new hire onboarding system.
- Supports the Talent Acquisition department, as necessary, (i.e. setting up equipment for Virtual interviews, scheduling onsite or offsite events, updating databases).
- Maintains accurate reporting on recruiting processes, referral program and conversion process
- Seeks out and recommends process improvements; implements new procedures as appropriate.
- Accountable for delivering against Talent Acquisition KPI’s.
- Participates in special projects that drive improvements within Talent Acquisition processes
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 2 years of professional experience in Recruiting or supporting a Recruiting function
- Strong attention to detail
- Organizational/time management skills
- Analytical/research skills
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills
- Demonstrated ability to quickly establish rapport, build credibility, and create partnerships at all levels within the company
- Familiarity with automated applicant tracking tools
- Strength in the use of digital tools including; Word, Excel, Powerpoint Teams, Outlook
- Ability to multitask and deal with a fast-paced environment, with high-volume hiring
- Strong teamwork and ability to bridge gaps within several teams
