About the Job
- You will provide administrative support to our management team and staff, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars and organizing meetings.
- You’ll maintain organized filing systems and ensure documents are easily accessible.
- You’ll prepare, proofread and edit documents; update spreadsheets and send out reports; and keep our files organized.
- We’ll look to you to manage correspondence, including emails and phone calls, and you’ll be expected to respond in a timely manner.
- In this role, you’ll assist our Controller with some intermediate / advanced bookkeeping tasks / code and enter invoices and receipts.
- You’ll also support some HR functions, such as maintaining employee records, assisting with onboarding processes and organizing company events.
- You’ll track and proactively manage our office supply inventory, placing orders as needed.
Bookkeeping Skills & Qualifications
We’re flexible on the number of years of previous experience for this role. We highly favor talent and interest. Some candidates may see this list and feel discouraged because they don’t match all the items.

- Administrative support experience
- Calendar management experience
- Comfortable and professional phone and email presence
- Experience in logistics, procurement, event planning, or similar preferred
