Production Coordinator Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for coordinating production, ensuring projects are on track and completing administrative duties
- You’ll coordinate landscaping projects from contract handoff to successful completion, ensuring materials, crews and schedules align
- You’re responsible for assembling material lists for projects
- Since you’ll be ordering materials for all of the projects, you’ll maintain strong, positive, professional relationships with suppliers and manufacturers
- You’ll be handling client requests, answering client questions and collecting client payments via phone and email, so you need to be comfortable talking on the phone and communicating via email
- You’re in charge of scheduling our crews and maintaining meticulous records to make sure billing is done correctly and in a timely manner
- You’ll be solving scheduling issues quickly and efficiently, adapting the schedule to ensure our clients are taken care of and things are running smoothly
- You’ll be collaborating closely with multiple stakeholders, including crew members, office staff, clients and suppliers, so you must be comfortable interacting with people in-person and on the phone
- We’ll look to you to suggest process improvements and develop systems where needed, so that our company runs more efficiently and effectively to better serve our employees and clients
- You’re accountable for giving the team updates on projects, schedules, production and billing to make sure we are all on the same page
- When challenging situations arise, you will maintain a positive attitude and a calm demeanor as you work towards a solution
Production Coordinator Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience in landscaping or construction preferred
- Production, schedule and/or material purchasing is a big plus!!
- Must be comfortable using a CRM
