Our Side Cooks have mastered visually stunning and equally delicious, to bring you signature side dishes and appetizers that are exactly how life's best moments are done.
This role and you are the perfect pairing if you can:
- Passionately prepare, portion, and/or cook food items to quality specifications
- Ensure freshness and quality of our ingredients
- Correctly season, cook and plate all sides to ensure they meet the RCSH standard of quality, presentation, and timing.
- Communicate and coordinate with the grill cook to ensure all dishes are prepared and ready for service at the correct time.
- Great teamwork skills and attention to detail
