Job Title: Parts Advisor
Job Type: Part-time (20 hours per week)
We are currently seeking a part-time Parts Assistant to join our team. The Parts Assistant will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our customers and vendors. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in finding the right parts and accessories for their trailers/RV's
- Provide accurate and timely quotes for parts and accessories
- Process orders and returns in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure that stock levels are maintained
- Work closely with the service department to ensure that parts are available when needed
- Keep up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and trends
- Provide excellent customer service and support to all clients
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a parts advisor/counter role preferred
- Strong knowledge of trailer parts and accessories
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
