We are seeking an Office Manager / Executive Assistant who takes pride and ownership in their work to support our newly built office in the heart of Boise. In this role, you will maintain daily office operations and provide comprehensive administrative support for our Boise based investment consulting team. You will be tasked with a variety of duties that require timeliness, high attention to detail, confidentiality, and polished communication skills.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversight of the daily functionality of the RVK Boise Office including liaising with building management and vendors, shipping/receiving, ordering supplies, maintaining general office organization and presentation, and supporting occasional in office client meetings
- Provide executive administrative support and manage all details of high activity consultant calendar(s)
- Coordination of client meeting logistics, making sure that all details of client meetings with RVK are coordinated smoothly and efficiently
- Maintenance of client information in RVK’s CRM database
- Coordinate with multiple internal client teams to ensure completion of relevant tasks
- Coordinate travel and reconcile expenses
- Proofread and format memos, letters, and client deliverables
- Print and ship client deliverables
- Potential for expanded responsibilities and growth dependent on skill set, experience, and aptitude
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including strong internal and external client service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport and work proactively with colleagues
- Ability to work in a deadline-driven environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to analyze ad-hoc situations and adopt effective courses of action
- Proficient skills with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Minimum Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree or professional certification
- 2 years of work experience
- Ability to work standard business hours Monday Friday in the office, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule as business conditions allow
