Monday-Friday 7:45 am - 4:30 pm NO weekends.
Starting pay $18.00 per hour

We are looking for a Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.
Looking for the following:
Great customer service skills. Friendly and outgoing personality. Ability to work with a variety of people and personalities. Strong phone and verbal communications skills. Ability to work in a team setting. Confident and motivated. Willing to go the extra mile to get the job done with a positive attitude. Time management is a must! Must be dependable, be at work everyday!
Office and or Customer service experience a PLUS, but willing to train the right person! Room for growth!
