Job Summary:
The coordinator is responsible for the purchasing functions for the Clinical Equipment Management program. This includes issuing CEM purchase orders to end users, assisting specialists with statements of account, and working with invoice coordinators to prepare POs for closure. The position will acquire and upload appropriate documentation from end users for PO processing. He/she/they will coordinate with RWJBH stakeholders, vendors and employees to address any needs, questions or concerns through excellent customer service and problem solving.
