Mobile Health is expanding their IT&S Services team by adding regional IT&S Coordinators to support the Emergency Medical Service Operations. The IT&S Coordinator supports Mobile Health operations by resolve technical issues, maintain hardware and software instillations and improve IT systems. The Coordinator will be supported by both Mobile Health IT management and RWJBarnabas Health system IT to resolves tickets representing staff-generated technical requests or problems and troubleshoots technical and process issues to maintain productivity.
The ideal candidate would be self-motivated, have excellent organizational skills, have strong customer service and communication skills, have up-to-date knowledge of the latest IT and software trends, and be willing to learn about the intricacies of Emergency Medical Services hardware and software.
While this role will have a base location, but travel between the regional sites will be a requirement of the job. Must be able to transport information systems related equipment. Ability to lift 40 pounds of technical equipment.
Job Qualifications/Education/Training/Certification/Licensure:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or related field preferred. Experience in healthcare field helpful but not required. Industry certifications preferred (Microsoft, CompTIA, HDI). At least 1-2 years of experience supporting large organizations in a desktop support role preferred but will take a new graduate with any of the above degrees. Must have strong customer service and excellent communication skills.
