Are you an administrative assistant or front office receptionist looking for an entry-level opportunity in the mortgage industry? We are looking for a friendly, professional full-time mortgage receptionist with a customer service approach and a helpful, can-do attitude. The successful applicant will have great time-management and multitasking skills, and an interest in learning about the mortgage process.
Compensation:
15 hourly
Responsibilities:The Primary Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:
Greeting clients, staff, and vendors- Answering and directing incoming calls throughout the company
- Support team members with administrative and clerical duties as needed
- Ensure kitchen and office supplies are adequately stocked and order supplies as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensure break and copy rooms are neat and tidy
- Manage incoming loan documents for check in and ensure delivery to correct department
- Ensure printers always have adequate paper and toner
- Support Loan operations team with tasks including verification of employment and mortgagee change letters
- Opening and closing office each day (unlocking and locking doors and setting alarm if necessary)
- Managing use of Conference Rooms and floating desks
- Team Captain for emergency evacuation plans
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant or office receptionist is needed
- Must be able to multitask, time-manage, and pay close attention to details
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Basic mortgage industry, mortgage services, or real estate knowledge and experience is helpful, but not required
- Superior customer service, computer skills (especially Microsoft Office), and excellent communication skills are necessary

Compensation:
Hourly Wages: $15.00 per hour.
Incentive Compensation: Periodic performance bonuses may be paid based upon specific parameters at management discretion.
