TITLE : Production Supervisor Injection Molding

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

In this role the Supervisor will oversee and train manufacturing employees, and ensure they follow procedures and safety regulations.

You will ensure the production floor is organized and being used efficiently. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling staff and completing paperwork including reporting production and personnel data as required.

This person must utilize and maintain the ERP system and maximize asset utilization.

They need to identify equipment improvements / repairs and initiate work orders. Manage and maintain objectives and goals in accordance with standard molding machine cycles.

Ensure employees know the physical and food safety requirements, company goals, objectives, policies, and procedures, and hold them accountable.

QUALIFICATIONS

The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.

Prior experience as a production supervisor or technical lead in the injection molding industry.

This candidate should have strong time management skills and delegate tasks efficiently.

They should also possess strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry software is a must.

Moreover, the candidate should be willing to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, nights, and / or weekends.
