AVP - Asset Management (Development)

SUMMARY This role entails working with the asset and portfolio managers to perform detailed financial analysis, prepare sophisticated presentations to internal and external stakeholders, interact with various internal departments, and maximize value of RXR’s real estate development portfolio and pipeline. This is a tremendous opportunity to gain hands-on real estate experience and develop a holistic knowledge of the industry. RXR Realty is headquartered in Uniondale, Long Island, with the New York City office located at 75 Rockefeller Plaza.
