Compensation: $65,000 at plan commission. Upside earnings with no cap.

Responsibilities:- Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
- The Realtor's primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline
- Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM
- Build relationships with prospects and sphere of influence to build a sales pipeline
- Consistently network and market to prospect for new business and clients
- “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and you're very best advice
- Educate your clients on key specifics of their home buying experience
- Negotiate all client's behalf, setting a time limit for loan approval and closing date
- Prepare “comparable market analysis” to establish market value
- Conduct open houses at company listings to generate additional buyer opportunities

- Prospective agents must be high-school graduates and at least 21 years of age
