The Ryan & Brian Real Estate Team is a team-oriented office of agents with different abilities and strengths. We believe in supporting our agents by sharing ideas. You'll benefit from being able to do more business because of the extensive relationships we've created in the valley over the last 16 years. Also, our proven systems and training put you in a position to sell more homes in a shorter amount of time than you would at another real estate organization. Compensation: $65,000 at plan commission. Upside earnings with no cap.

Compensation:

$65,000 at plan commission only (no cap on earnings)

Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • The Realtor's primary duties include follow-ups, e-mail communication, and overall management of the sales pipeline
  • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM
  • Build relationships with prospects and sphere of influence to build a sales pipeline
  • Consistently network and market to prospect for new business and clients
  • “Always be consulting” by providing your clients with your very best service and you're very best advice
  • Educate your clients on key specifics of their home buying experience
  • Negotiate all client's behalf, setting a time limit for loan approval and closing date
  • Prepare “comparable market analysis” to establish market value
  • Conduct open houses at company listings to generate additional buyer opportunities

  • Ability to work independently to accomplish sales goals
