Site Services Manager
Ryan Construction is looking to add a Site Services Manager to the team. This new role will oversee the day-to-day maintenance needs for both commercial and residential properties. They will be responsible for the workflow of day-to-day operations and coordinate with property managers and vendors in order to perform general maintenance services, landscaping, day porter tasks, snow removal in the winter and more. While some of the duties will be coordinated with a 3rd party vendor, many of the tasks will be performed by the Site Services Manager directly.
The Site Services Manager will play an important part in managing Ryan Construction’s Site Service business with clients featuring multi-business properties in the Truckee and Tahoe City areas.

Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Oversee the management and administration of assigned properties
- Develop and implement property maintenance to ensure properties are well- maintained
- Resolve issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and maintenance staff to schedule and oversee repairs and maintenance projects
- Tasks include but are not limited to o Day Porter; litter removal, cleaning, restroom maintenance, change and reline trash receptacles, graffiti removal, window washing, dusting o General Maintenance Services; concrete repair, on site welding, sign repair, storm drain cleanout o Pressure Wash; streets, driveways, walkways o Snow Removal; roofs, walkways, parking lots o Parking Lot Maintenance; street sweeping, minor asphalt repairs, striping services o Cleaning; common area cleanup, special event prep, office space cleanout
Job Requirements
- Previous property management experience
- Attention to detail
- Knowledge of property management principles and practices
- Excellent communication
- Solid organizational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks and deadlines
- Computer skills - including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to professionally communicate both verbally and in writing
- Bilingual – English and Spanish (preferred)
