What are the responsibilities and job description for the Marketing Manager position at Ryan Peacock, Inc?
The position consists of answering and documenting all incoming telephone calls to assist customers with rental their Generator needs. The position includes increasing revenues by opening new accounts, suggestive selling, building and maintaining professional relationships, and coordinating services for our customers.
This includes managing deliveries, pick-ups, and fielding telephone calls that require some mechanical or operational troubleshooting with equipment. May deliver equipment occasionally. Work closely with Generator Rental team to build sales relationships and identify new markets.
Required Skills and Experience
- Customer Service experience • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast paced environment • Familiarity with construction/equipment industry preferred
- Proficient computer skills – MS Office • Excellent verbal and written English communication abilities • Valid driver’s license
