What are the responsibilities and job description for the Office Manager position at Ryan Thomas Construction, LLC?

We're a local construction company looking for an office manager/administrative assistant. Must have experience with Quickbooks, Excel and all Microsoft Office programs. Experience with accounting, payroll, taxes a plus. Assist in project management, deal with employees, clients, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. Competitive pay. Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • QuickBooks: 2 years (Preferred)
