Summary
This position is responsible for processing all accounting responsibilities for titling and registration procurement in the US. Research and review unbilled items for license and sales tax prepaid items over customer contract amount. Accounts Payable processing for all licensing processing as needed.
Essential Functions
Reconciliation, review and interpret business functions of all license prepaid fees including license, title, sales and personal property tax for coverage area completing set up of amortization schedule. Responsibility will include all set up of amortization of prepaid fees including license, sales tax and personal property tax.
Review of general ledger details monthly to identify potential revenue opportunities and complete necessary accounting journal entry corrections and processing of billing not captured through automated process.
Personal property tax support and completion of annual reporting renewals.
Process payable invoices thorough Workday for vendor services such as imaging, legal services, state runners, etc.
Additional Responsibilities
May provide guidance and support to lower level employees
Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
H.S. diploma/GED required
Associate's degree preferred Business, Accounting, or Finance
Bachelor's degree preferred Business, Accounting, or Finance
Four (4) years or more in Accounting and finance with HS diploma required
Three (3) years or more of Accounting working experience with Associate Degree preferred
One (1) year or more of related working experience with Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Microsoft Word (mail merge) intermediate required
Microsoft Excel (include vlookups, pivot tables, working with large amounts of data) advanced required

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market
data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or
certifications, etc.
The salary for this position starts at $52,000.00
