Summary
The Telecom Associate III will provide telecom support to large Ryder facility and field sites. Technician will be the sole telecom person supporting all telecom needs of building.
Essential Functions
- Administer and support all telecom needs at assigned Ryder facility. Phone systems vary by facility and can include Avaya, Nortel, Unify, ShoreTel. Some support of field sites will be expected
- Support call center activity – gather requirements from business owners, build, implement and support administrative needs
- Work projects – support projects introduced by the business or IT
- Support daily operations at assigned facility including working trouble tickets as well as moves, adds, and changes
- Set up Video Conferencing for business as needed
Additional Responsibilities
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Associate's degree required in related field
- Ten (10) years or more in Telecom supporting PBX both TDM and VoIP required

Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market
data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or
certifications, etc.
The salary for this position ranges from $ 70,000 - $80,000. Salaries may be supplemented
with a bonus as applicable and/or as business conditions allow.
