Summary
This position will actively contribute to the design, development, implementation, and on-going support of the warranty system and robotics process automation related to warranty. The Warranty Processes and Systems Analyst will perform tasks necessary to identify and improve warranty processes, including automated warranty processes, document and provide training of warranty processes, and provide support to system users. In addition, this position will ensure that Ryder and supplier process and data requirements are established, implemented, and functional. The position will manage the warranty robotics workforce, and ensure accurate reporting of results.
Salary is determined based on internal equity; internal salary ranges; market data/ranges; applicant’s skills; prior relevant experience; certain degrees or certifications, etc.
The salary for this position ranges from $44,000 to $60,000.

Essential Functions
- Provide on-going support of warranty systems. Ensure warranty systems and tools are working as expected, identify and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Ensure oversight and up-time of the Ryder robotic workforce, generating appropriate reporting on daily results. Part of the team which provides first level support and triage of issues with robots in production.
- Participate in developing RPA code to ensure robots can perform the steps required to automate processes. Work as part of the development team to ensure requirements are satisfied. Provide updates and in-progress demonstrations to SME’s and leadership.
- Devise, configure, populate and maintain rules tables (SMO - Warranty Guidelines Tables; WCM - User, Supplier, SRT, Contracts, Coverage, Parts, Shipping tables; Biz Talk - EDI tables; WAM (Warranty Accounting Tables)
- Identify & maintain processing rules and guidelines for approximately 120 suppliers
- Determine integration and configuration requirements for current and future warranty suppliers
- Participate in development of training materials and training sessions for internal Ryder Warranty Department and Field Users
- Participate in design,user acceptance and quality assurance testing, and implementation of new system and future enhancements
- Work with management to identify and document warranty automation opportunities. Work as part of the team to understand and document end to end processes.
- Manage system access to include access requests for internal and external users, new users, terminated employee status changes and changes to access for all Warranty Department systems

Qualifications
- H.S. diploma/GED required General H.S. subjects
- Bachelor's degree preferred Related business or systems discipline
- Two (2) years or more Warranty claims or similar processing required
- Two (2) years or more Project management preferred
- Competency in computer systems and applications is essential, including MS Office and other reporting systems, an emphasis on the ability to access and manipulate data from a variety of sources intermediate required
- Knowledge of AS400, SQL, MF, and PC systems and system capabilities intermediate preferred
- Training or awareness of at Robotics Process Automation (RPA) tools intermediate preferred
