Job Details: Rymar North America is now hiring a full time Branch Manager for our Renton, WA location. The ideal candidate would have both leadership, operations & sales experience.
Specific Responsibilities:
- Ensure clients/customers are followed up with and contacted in a timely fashion
- Oversee inventory management
- Receive and process customer orders
- Staff scheduling
- Process payments via POS Terminal
- Resolve any internal and external issues
- Anticipate customers needs and recommend best products accordingly
- Manage shipping and receiving operations.
- Work closely with the team to ensure warehouse operation runs smoothly and efficiently
- Provides quality service by following organization standards
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks accurately and thoroughly
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.)
- Ability to work within a fast-paced, high volume environment
- Ability to work within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Qualifications:
Experience: 5 Years Experience in Sales and Operations Required
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds
- Extensive walking or movement, bending, and kneeling
- Ability to sit and/or stand for a full shift
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
