Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Executive Assistant/Office Manager to oversee the daily administrative tasks of our company. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting our owner in achieving our sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Budgeting and Bookkeeping: Manage the company's financial records, including budgeting, invoicing, and payroll.
  • Ordering Materials: Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely procurement of materials and supplies.
  • Scheduling Appointments: Organize and manage appointments, meetings, and company events.
  • Managing Schedules: Oversee the daily schedules of the owner and other key staff members.
  • Running Errands: Perform various errands to support office operations.
  • General Office Management: Maintain office organization and efficiency, ensuring a productive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant, office manager, or in another relevant administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with bookkeeping software.
  • High level of drive and self-motivation.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
