What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer service advisor position at S&A Group?
We're looking for someone passionate about providing excellent customer service to our clients and policyholders. As our next Insurance Customer Service Advisor, you will show our policyholders the value of being one of our customers by generating insurance quotations and providing coverage advice.
You'll also be in charge of giving current policyholders excellent customer service by resolving billing issues, amending policies, and making policy suggestions.
The ideal candidate for this role has prior customer service experience and excellent communication skills. You will also oversee existing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction;

Compensation :
$50,000 - $65,000 at plan yearly
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to the customer / client
- Identify Customer / Client Needs And Provide Solutions
- Provide Excellent Customer Service and Customer Relations
- Build, maintain, and manage customers' accounts
- Reply to incoming calls from customers including product and service questions, general information, and complaints
- Make sure each customer’s complaint is addressed with care and precision to achieve full customer satisfaction
- Keep track of customer accounts and make updates with new account information as necessary
- Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge
Qualifications :
- One year or more of customer service and sales experience (recommended)
- Reliable Transportation
- Laptop and / or iPad
- High-Speed Internet
- Quiet Work Space
- Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
- High school diploma, G.E.D., or equivalent
- Previous work in a customer-facing position
