Aftermarket Sales Representative – S Howes LLC

Responsibilities for the Aftermarket Sales Representative position include but not limited to:
- Assist customers and manufacturers sales representatives with product, technical, and application support to meet customer aftermarket needs and promote parts sales.
- Develop and follow up aftermarket parts quotations. Archive sales quotations
- Maintain customer aftermarket pricing database, price lists and pricing models
- Assist Sales & Project Management Director in product sales promotion, e.g. trade shows, participating in aftermarket strategy, etc.
- Assist sales team with solids processing and filtration opportunities as required
- Enter aftermarket parts orders into ERP and CRM
- Purchase buyout components and raw materials as required for aftermarket parts orders
- Refer customer complaints of product or service failure to appropriate department for root cause investigation
- Participate in conflict resolution where required with customers
- Conduct customer product testing and maintain test lab
- Interface with all manufacturing, engineering, and sales personnel to meet the customer’s aftermarket requirements
- Assist with pilot testing, field start-up, and troubleshooting of equipment
- Participate in the strategic objectives of the company where appropriate
- Maintain tidy and organized office space.
