Immediate Full Time Opportunity for a Heavy Construction Equipment Welder/Fabricator

What will you do?
- Welding/fabricating steal components using fixturing, working instructions, and blueprints in the maintenance and fabrication of a variety of heavy construction equipment and components
- Layout, position, square and secure parts prior to welding using a variety of welding techniques
- Provide solutions for unique business needs by customizing, modifying, or fabricating parts and equipment
- Demonstrate a commitment to safety by following all safety policy requirements including wearing required personal protective equipment
- Preform welds in all physical positions including overhead, horizontal and vertical
- Use and operate overhead cranes effectively

- We take great pride in our well organized, state of the art shop located in the Central Minnesota area
Do you have what it takes?
- Welder Certification preferred, but not required
- Ability to work within deadline requirements, including after hours and possibly weekend work occasionally
- Likes working as part of a team, but can also work with minimal supervision when needed
- Ability to read and follow intermediate measurements and instructions
- Good communication skills and attention to detail
- Experience is preferred, but also accepting entry level applicants with a desire to learn!
